Mohammad and Ramsha relied on our event coordination team to manage the logistics of their Pakistani walima at Drury Lane in Oakbrook, IL.

Drury Lane is a fabulous Chicago wedding venue for large wedding receptions such as this event. The catering and venue team worked seamlessly with our planners to create a stunning celebration.

Our wedding coordinators met with the couple and parents to discuss their wedding vision and budget. We coordinated with all the vendors to create the perfect wedding timeline.

The bubbly couple wanted a grand yet intimate event for their walima.  We laid out the timeline so that they could get all the couples portraits, family photos and decor details before the event started.

Mohammad and Ramsha really wanted to connect with their loved ones and guests at their valima.  Our team of dedicated wedding planners organized an efficient flow the wedding so that they could mingle with their guests, hear the guest speeches and enjoy the wonderful food.

At the end of the evening, we setup a wonderful sparkler exit for the newlyweds as a fun send-off.
