Our event coordination services started a month before the wedding date. In our initial consultation, we discussed their vision, wedding decor theme, and the important ways they wanted to personalize their celebration.

We also connected with the makeup artist, decor team, venue, photographer and videographer to understand their work requirements.

Once we understand the scope of each service that our couple had paid for, we reviewed their event timelines for any inconsistencies. 

On the wedding day, our event coordinator managed all the logistics and vendor needs. For example, ensuring that all the vendors and food carts were ready and set up according to the reception timeline.

By doing so, Zara, Sahil and their families were able to enjoy the nikkah, mehndi, wedding and reception.
